Requirement to Add Print / Approval Printout Action in BPM Worklist Approval Page

Hello Oracle Team,

We have a business requirement to provide a Print / Approval Printout functionality directly from the BPM Worklist approval page in Oracle Fusion.

Requirement details:

• Approvers should be able to print or download an approval printout (PDF) from the BPM Worklist.
• The printout should include:
  • Transaction details (header & lines)
  • Approval hierarchy
  • Approver actions (Approve / Reject)
  • Approval dates and comments
• Ideally, this should be available as an Action button or standard option in the BPM Worklist page.
