bulkImport and publishing lock

Summary:
Hello Team,
I would like to get more clarity on the below items related to bulkImport.
- I would like to know what is the max file size or max records, that import process can accept.
- If something is publishing in admin, system will not allow the import process right ?
- Only certain imports only will fail or all the imports processes will fail, as example Will Accounts and Inventory import also will fail, during publishing in admin.
- If we enable directPriceEdit under merchant settings, will the publish asset locking impact the price import ?
- Can we run multiple import parallel, like Products and Accounts, inventory can we run parallelly ?
