set up a 40-hour work schedule in Oracle fusion cloud where days are inconsistent in a week

Hi Team,

We have one department employees who are actually working 5 days (40 hours, 8 hours per day) in a week but working days are inconsistent in a week.
Overall, this dept employees will cover all 7 days (but each individual work for 5 different random days).
It is like, out of 7 days it is 5 random, inconsistent working days (8 hours per day) = 40 hours per week.

Example: Employee 1 will work on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Employee 2 will work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Employee 3 will work on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
and so on.
Working days are completely random, inconsistent shifts.

Currently, we have defined 8 hours shift per day, and Sunday-Saturday workday pattern (work week) and attached to schedule.
