Comments field not showing in Request a New Position / Position Change (VBS)

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM 3 comments

I’m facing an issue with the "Request a New Position" and "Request a Position Change" pages in Redwood.

Even though the Comments field is set to Visible in Visual Builder Studio (VBS), it still doesn't appear on the UI for users. I've already checked the business rules and everything seems correct in the configuration, but the field remains hidden.

Has anyone encountered this or found a workaround to make the comments visible?
