We are experiencing an issue with the HERE distance calculation integration in Oracle Transportation Management.

In some cases, the response returned by HERE includes a critical notice indicating a violated vehicle restriction (for example, an unconditional vehicle restriction on the calculated route).

Although HERE still returns a distance value, OTM ignores the distance and raises an exception instead.

From a functional perspective, this behavior causes problems because the distance is available in the HERE response, but OTM does not accept it due to the presence of the restriction notice.
