FCCS DSO Block Creation issue

Summary:

This FCCS DSO application was converted in August 2025. We did not encounter any block creation issues until the January 2026 period was opened. We have a custom calculation in which data is first loaded to AY accounts and then moved to A4 based on a flag condition. Starting January 2026, we are facing an issue where the data does not move unless the block is manually created via Smart View input for the specific intersection. Createblock function isn't working also.
