Categories in HR Helpdesk are only Appearing for One Business Unit Name Only

Summary:

Hi experts, my team is currently trying to implement HR Help Desk. We have found that only categories associated with a particular Business Unit Name are available for selection when creating a service request in HR Help Desk. Please see below for details.

Can you please advise configuration steps to make Categories available in the Categories list of values against the raised service request for a different Business Unit Name.

From Setup and Maintenance > Setup = Help Desk > Help Desk Request (Show = All Tasks) > Manage Categories for HR Help Desk Requests

This lists the following Categories. Note, we have two Business Units associated with these categories.
