Round Up One UOM Flag

in Warehouse Management

Can someone clarify what happens if the "Round Up One UOM" flag is enabled and the "Ignore Capacity for Last Permanent Location" flag is set to no in standalone replenishment? I'm having a hard time understanding when it will ever have an effect if the location max can't be exceeded.
