Limiting Project Managers by Business unit

Hi

When we create project in project financial management work area, the project manager field shows all the employee details regardless of the project business unit. Is there a way to limit project manager field to show only the employees based on project business unit selected? We have added project manager as quick entry in our project template. Appreciate your help in advance.
