Differences in Redwood Employment History display logic compared to RUI?

Summary:

We are observing a different display logic for the Redwood employment history compared to Responsive UI and would like to understand if there's any updated documentation on it and/or if it is supposed to behave like that.

On the left is RUI, on the right RW for the same worker assignment:

Observed differences:

1)FUSION_APPS… user when loading updates via HDL does not appear on the Redwood employment history.

2)When creating a new date-effective assignment split, in RUI the previous assignment entry was also shown as updated. This is consistent with the corresponding database row as the effective end date is changed when putting a new assignment split on top.
