How to configure absence with 2 plans where absence gets deducted from both the plans

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Need to configure an absence which will have 2 plans. Whenever employee applies for leave, the leave should get deducted from both the plans 50-50. It means if employee applies 1 day of absence, 0.5 day should be deducted from both the plans. How to achieve this? Any pointers to configure this leave, please do let me know.
