Request My Assignment Change blank screen after adding new privilege

Summary:

We are testing 26A and are trying to set up Request My Assignment Change and added the new privilege to our BU Empl role. We re ran Autoprovision Roles for all Users even though it said we didn't need too but we are getting a blank screen when clicking on the link. What else do we need to do to get this page to show?
