Overall performance issues in redwood pages

Summary:

Implemented redwood for managers and HR in September and have faced alot of performance issues impacting our data processing .. is anyone else facing this issue? We have logged SR with oracle but they have not provided any relief/ solutions. Facing constant escalations from our HR teams and dissatisfaction overall with redwood.
