Print Pallet label before reciving

Summary:

Can we print Pallet label before receiving in OCWMS. We have prepopulated the Pallet number upfront in IB Shipment details and we will cartonize the shipment with this we can print the carton/LPN labels but we are not able to print Pallet Labels. We have observed that Pallet number is visible in Pallet UI only post receiving.

We need to print upfront Pallet labels to support RTV and receiving from Production to warehouse floor flows.
