Couldn't validate the assignment- Change Assignment Page after EFF creation

Summary:

After we made changes to EFF we started getting error - "Couldn't validate the assignment"
Its not letting us proceed. Although I have redeployed the EFF multiple times and checked VB for any issues but there is nothing so far.

Has anyone faced the same issue? I'm getting this in Redwood only and not on Responsive page. so not sure if there is any redwood related patch missing or some process needs to be run.
