Change Assignment Error after Deploying EFF

Summary:

We deployed an EFF (online and offline) for Additional Assignment Info section and are now getting two error messages on the Change Assignment page. When we are at the Assignment section of the page, we get 'Couldn't load the assignment' and 'Couldn't validate the assignment' and cannot move past that section. It seems to only be an issue on the Redwood Change Assignment page and we can still use Responsive page. We add EFFs frequently and have not encountered this before. We have created an SR but no feedback yet. We have tried the usual redployment,
