  2. How do list of job are classified into three categories - Stretch opportunities to advance your career: (competitive) / Positions well-matched to your experience: (strong fit) / Roles where you'd be a standout candidate: (safety)
  3. How is overall fit determined for a candidate profile against a job ? Is there any backend logic .
