How the first day is considered for Schedule Ship Date calculation in the system?

Hi Experts,

Could you please help us understand how the Scheduled Ship Date is calculated in the system, as GOP is not part of our current process ?

In our setup, the Pick Wave Release Rule is configured with a Scheduled Ship Date offset of 6 days. However, when the order was released on 09-Feb-2026, the Scheduled Ship Date reflected in the logs is 17-Feb-2026. We have set up exceptions for weekends and established pick wave rule to process orders with a five-day working window starting Monday.

Specifically, we would like to understand whether the system is considering the order release date (today)
