Rollover Balance upon loss of eligibility

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have Accruals Plans defined with Processing Level = Primary Assignment.
Our requriement is to Rollover Balance from Plan A to Plan B upon loss of eligibilty. Employee will never be enrolled into both the plans at the same time.

Loss of Eligibility could be due to Employment data change OR change in Primary assignment (in case of multiple assignment).

Rollover Balance from Plan A to Plan B working fine when Primary Assignment remains the same. While rollover balance not working when Primary Assignment Changes, where Plan A enrollment is on Assignment-1 and Plan B enrollment happens under Assignment-2
