Supplier Unable to Edit BPA Header (End Date) During Supplier-Initiated Change Order

We are currently testing supplier-initiated Change Orders for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) through the Supplier Portal.

However, when the supplier initiates a Change Order, they are unable to edit header-level fields. Specifically, we require the supplier to be able to modify the Agreement End Date (Expiration Date) at the BPA header level.

Our expected behavior is that the supplier can update the expiration date, submit the Change Order, and then the Change Order will be routed through the standard approval workflow for internal review and approval.

Is there any configuration that allows suppliers to update header-level attributes (such as the End Date) during a supplier-initiated BPA Change Order? Or is this functionality restricted by design?
