How to configure a subscription using copy action Model After with Ignore Source Parent selected

Summary:

I'm trying to create a subscription from one source viewpoint to a target viewpoint with different hierarchy structures where there for example entity parent nodes between the two viewpoints are different. Per documentation using the model after and ignore source parent options should allow this. My question is how do you configure this setup via the node type converter specifically the Name (i.e. how do I tell new entity X to map to Parent 123 in the target viewpoint knowing that Parent 123 does not exist in the source viewpoint)?
