Restrict Manage Items access by inventory organization

The business requirement is to restrict the items access (view, edit, create) by inventory organization.

The enterprise design is one inventory org per business unit in a ledger. The ledgers are design country wise, so there is one business unit and one inventory org per country. The business has requirement of restricting item access across countries so, we have to create a role for this and restrict the access by inventory org. I have created a custom role with only 2 privileges "Manage Item" and "View Item" and have assigned a data security policy
