Approval Process in Case Management and HelpDesk in 26A

Hi Team ,

As part of the business requirement, we need to enable an Approval Workflow in Case Management and Help Desk.

The workflow should function based on the Case Category. For example:

  • When a Case is created with Category 1, it should be routed to Approver 1 once a specific field is updated (as per defined criteria).
  • After Approver 1 approves the case, it should automatically move to Approver 2 for the next level of approval.
  • Each approver should receive an email notification informing them that the case is pending their approval.

The workflow should ensure a sequential approval process and automated email communication at each approval stage.
