Issue with AI Agent for Procurement Policy Advisor

Summary:

I created an AI Agent for the Procurement Policy Advisor, but it is not functioning as expected.

When I attempt to use it, I receive the following error message:
“Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.”

We used this Oracle Document as our guide, but error is still encountered.

May I ask if anyone has encountered this issue before? If yes, I would appreciate any recommendations you can share to help resolve it.
