Employee Replacement Workflow Agent – Works in Agent Studio but Not from Requisition Screen

Summary:

I’m able to create a replacement Job Requisition using the Employee Replacement Workflow Agent as a developer from:
Navigation:
Tools → AI Agent Studio → Agent Teams
The agent works fine when tested from there.

but it is showing Output like this:

Anything should be added in flow to print - "Requisition successfully Created"

I have also added the Guided Journey Employee Replacement Workflow Agent to the Requisition screen:

Navigation:
My Client Groups → Hiring → Requisition

However, when I test the agent directly from the Requisition screen, I receive the following error:

“Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.”
