How can we open a user defined attribute in OTL module for projects related Timesheets

in Project Management

We have a requirement to create a user defined attributes in OTL so that a person can select the relevant information and it can be interfaced to Oracle Project costing module.

Using the Standard Cost Collection module, we are able to achieve it from other modules like - Payables, Procurement etc.

But since there is no option for OTL, please suggest how this can work?
