Reverse Item feed - HTS code sync from GTM to JDE is not happening accurately

Summary:

We have received the HTS update from Descartes to GTM. For few of the items, the update of HTS validation has been triggered to JDE. But for few it is not going down from GTM to JDE.

Even if user try to update it manually, for few items it is not being sent and if we try after sometime it is being sent.

Could you suggest a way how we can check/fix this??

Verified the agents/ processes everything is normal but sometimes happening and sometimes it is not happening.

Please suggest on priority.

This is effecting 1100 items, around 10 HTS codes.
