Looking for clarification on the scope of data that is cleared from the FCCS application when running a data integration in export mode Replace. Is the data cleared for all Entities that contain data in the application for a specific Scenario/Year/Period/Mapped Data Source or only for Entities for which there are records in the current Import?

We run our data integration from the ERP to FCCS several times throughout the monthly close process, with the Import and Export modes both as Replace and do not use the NZP filter. We found a data discrepancy between the ERP and FCCS for one Entity in the balances of two accounts that relates to two monthly recurring journal entries recorded in the ERP for offsetting amounts that ultimately result in a net zero activity in the accounts impacted but are recorded several days apart.
