Redwood Emergency contact info page getting stucked when added field in DFF

  • Hi,

Under the Family and Emergency Contact page in Redwood (My Contacts), I added a DFF field and enabled it through VBCS. The preview worked fine. However, after publishing the changes, when I try to open My Contacts or any Emergency Contact page, the page loads as blank and does not navigate anywhere, as shown in the images below.

All other Redwood pages are working as expected. This issue is occurring only on the Family and Emergency Contact page.

Can someone please help identify why this is happening?
