Issue decrypting a file in OIC using FTP Adapter

I am having file decryption issue in OIC. The keys are generated (RSA-1024) in Oracle HCM Fusion. The file is generated by Oracle HCM Fusion using the generated key to encrypt and placed in a sftp stage server.

In OIC integration, the FTP connection is created with these public/private keys. The integration is using this newly created FTP Adapter to download and decrypt the file but receiving following error during runtime:

Cannot invoke "java.io.InputStream.markSupported()" because "<parameter1>" is null
