Can you restrict the email domains for Oracle FCCS Bursting definitions via a system setting?

Summary:

I want to ensure that no users who have the ability to create/execute bursting definitions can have the bursting definition distribute reports to non-company email addresses. Is there a back-end system setting that can restrict any executed bursting definitions to only be able to send burst reports to company email addresses?
