We are trying to test SCP (planning redwood functionalities e.g. AI Agent: Planning Order Release Assistant) for which the docs mentioned to have certain duty roles via creating custom roles.
1. For this we tried Enable Permission Groups for the respective Pillar(SCM) . Enabled Profile "ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED= YES".

2. Also ESS jobs were completed "Import Resource Application Security Data", "Import User and Role Application Security Data". Post this I still do not see the "Enable Permission Groups " on seeded roles also when I try to create custom role system throws error and not able to create any custom role
