Push Data to PPM from EPM with a non standard approach

Summary:

Can we push data to PPM from EPM, at more granular level of "Account" than the standard OOB defined granularity? The standard OOB integration allows data to be pushed to PPM by Labor, Equipment, Material, Financial Elements. But in PPM, the granularity of expenses are lower than these categories. Example - Labor has multiple labor codes in PPM. We have created the same granularity in "Account" dimension similar to PPM. But when I am trying to integrate the data with PPM, the data (via std OOB) is getting pushed to the categories mentioned above.

Please note, I have tried creating explicit one-on-one mapping to push specific account code data to PPM, but still it gets mapped to the category level not at the lower level.
