we need to build custom AI agent studio for Project portfolio management (PPM) in Fusion application since there are no seeded templates

for use cases viz Project creation, Budget creation , Project health, performance etc. Need guidance, steps or reference document we can refer to build custom AI agents for PPM
In Oracle doc there are no specific documents which gives these details for PPM.
