Need help with Request Access to User Group in Oracle Support portal

Hello Team,
Iam trying to add myself to the account name and user group id on the Oracle Support Portal for a new OTM support project in order to raise SR's. To do this Iam logging in to the Oracle Support Portal (support.oracle.com) and under My Account - Preferences , Iam selecting the 'Request Access to User Group' button which loads another page where Iam entering my account name (which is the tenancy) and the User Group Id and then I click on Continue, but the support portal is showing the below message on the new page.
You must be a member of a user group of the commercial tenancy before you can request access to other user groups of the same tenancy. Contact your Cloud Admin to ensure you've been added to the tenancy on the OCI console or approved as a member of a user group in My Oracle Support.
