Summary:

I was working on a calculation to add the ARR of a contract to a vintage month (If the contract starts in Jan 24, I want the ARR to be placed in Month 1 and the second month of the ARR placed on Month 2 - Month 1 and 2 are members in a dimension named Vintage). It is as follows.

FIX ( {EntityVar}, {CohortVar}, {CustomerVar}, {ScenarioVar}, {VersionVar}, {IndustryVar}, {GeoVar}, &HistoricYears, @RELATIVE("YearTotal",0), "Total Contract", "Total Product", "No Vintage"  )
  "ARR" (
     @MEMBER(@CONCATENATE("Month ",@HspNumToString("MonthNum"->"Contract 1"->"Product 1")))->"Total Contracts"->"Total Products"->"No Year"->BegBalance = ARR;
  )
ENDFIX

There is nothing crazy here. It basically concatenates the value in a cell with a string and is used as a cross dim. If we set the historic years to 12 months, the only month that had ARR was the 12th month. If we had 2 years and 12 months for each year, the last month of each year had a value. The first 11 didn't.
