Self Paced learning item creation fails for SCORM and PDF content item type

Hi Oracle Community!

After the 26A update, the self paced learning item creation fails. We are seeing the the same error while trying to update existing self paced learning items too. This is affecting self paced paced learning items which have SCORM and PDF content types. We are able to create self paced learning items with URL and video content successfully.
