Tax Error of Having Mismatch UOM on tax Rate and PR Line

The application can't calculate tax because the UOM in the transaction line isn't the same as the UOM associated with the tax rate code. The unit of measure MT for quantity rate REC_QTY_1000TK doesn't match the unit of measure Nos on the transaction line.
