How to auto-approve time card entries coming from time machines

Summary:

We have implemented Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and are currently facing an issue with the approval workflow. Time data is being automatically fetched from biometric time machines and populated into employee timecards; however, all timecards are routed to Line Managers/HR Managers for approval, which is operationally challenging given the large number of employees. Our requirement is that timecards generated directly from time machines without any manual changes should be auto-approved and should not enter the approval workflow. Only in cases where an employee manually modifies their timecard should it be routed to the HR Manager for approval. Kindly advise
