How can I create a new future dated version of a work definition with a future dated structure?

Summary:

When a new item is added or items removed from manufactured structures, in order to allow for planning, these changes are future dated.

In the work definition, existing or a new version, this item does not appear until the future date has arrived. Meaning that no up front work can be carried out to prepare the work definitions for the new item.

As no work can be carried out on the work definition till the date the new items become 'live' we run the risk of work orders being raised (we use Back to Back functionality) with the new items being missed from the operation items list. Worst case, for ATO items, it will flag an error, as not all items will be assigned.
