We are experiencing an issue using OTM on OAC.

We have an Agent configured to execute the standard action:

PREPARE REPORT: SDN, DATABASE, PDF, application/pdf

The report (XXXX.SDN) works correctly when executed manually via Report Manager. However, when the same report is triggered via the Agent, we receive the following error:
