Reschedule Production OCI IAM upgrade following cancellation of Dev Environment OIC IAM upgrade

Summary:

Oracle cancelled our OCI IAM upgrade for our Dev/test environments which was due to take place on 13th February 2026 on 11th February 2026. However, our Production environment is still scheduled for Fri, Feb 27, 2026. Is there anyway that this can be either cancelled or deferred until our dev environments have been rescheduled
