Requesters are not able to view purchase order from hyperlink in my receipts (new) receiving window

Summary:

Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Procurement – Redwood UI.
When requesters navigate to:
Purchasing > My Receipts (New)
and attempt to open the related Purchase Order from the receiving window, they receive the following error:

“Either this purchase order didn't exist or permission is required to view it.”

Currently, requesters are able to perform receiving transactions, but they are not able to view the Purchase Order details.
Business Requirement:
Requesters should be able to view the Purchase Order from the Receiving window.They should NOT be able to:

Edit the PO

Cancel the PO

Duplicate the PO
