"View History" section doesn't work when update bank account number through Personal Payment Methods

Hi,

We are developing a BI Publisher report to monitor changes in various system attributes, including the Bank Account Number. Enabling auditing was a necessary prerequisite for this. However, upon reviewing the system, we found that when an existing bank account number is updated, the change does not appear in the "View History" section. Instead, it is recorded as a correction, which is consistent with how it is displayed in the report.

Is this behavior expected?
