Threshold Limit on Data Forms

We're facing an issue while rendering a data form within EPCM application.

We've two dimensions each on rows and columns.
Getting the following error while accessing the data form:

Unable to load the form as the number of cells before suppression (if form suppression options are selected) exceeded the threshold. Criteria: Number of cells before suppression, Error Threshold: 6000000, Current Value: 15894272

We have also enabled Valid Intersections to limit the number of cells being rendered on the data form.
This is a form built for capturing information and isn't really a report form or any review form.
