Can we update simulation set in supply plan using rest api?

Summary:

we have a requirement where we want to update simulation set before plan run using rest api, we tried using

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/planOptions/{PlanId}

however unable to do so. is this supported? if yes does anyone have a sample payload for the same?
