Total absence duration includes public holiday

Sample holiday in 2026: April 3 and April 6. If employee submit absence on April 2 - April 7, 2026, balance should only calculate April 2 and April 7 since April 3 and 6 are public holidays.

LE 1: 15.2 hours is the calculated absence duration which is correct.

LE 2: 16 hours is the calculated absence duration which is correct.

LE 3: 30.4 hours is the calculated absence duration which is incorrect because it includes the public holiday hours.
