Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, I have configured a nudge and in "Number of Days After Journey Is Assigned" I have mentioned as 1. I believe this suggests that after one day of the journey being assigned to the employee, the reminder should trigger to employees.

After this, I scheduled the the plan through Process HCM Nudges ESS process and gave the start date to test and the reminder email did trigger.

However, I would like to understand what is the relevance of below when the reminder email is being triggered based on schedule set at ESS process level
