VBS Personalization Lost in Redwood – How to Identify When It Changed?

We had implemented a VBS-based personalization to hide the Salary Range field on the My Compensation (Redwood) page for Employees.
Recently, we noticed that the Salary Range is visible again across Production and Test environments. There has been no quarterly upgrade or patch applied. Our quarterly upgrade was in December 2025, and we don't have the test case failed for these fields being visible.
Is there a way to determine when the personalization may have stopped working or been overridden?
Also, have other customers experienced VBS customizations in Redwood being impacted without a quarterly upgrade? Does Oracle update Redwood base components between releases that could affect extensions?
