Relation between reservation lines and picks after pick release

Hello All,

Is there any relationship between detailed reservation lines and the pick release process?

For example, if I create a hard reservation first and then run pick release line by line, is there a direct link between the shipment line and the reservation line? Specifically, can we determine whether a particular shipment line will pick from a specific reservation line?
